【内容】
簡単なラジオ体操のような動作でできる、ストレッチや簡単筋トレ・脳トレで、身体も頭もリフレッシュ！

前半は、黙々と立位で簡単筋トレやストレッチ・脳トレなど体操系の運動を、後半はマットを敷いて、ストレッチポールやテニスボールを使って、適度なお話も交えながら筋膜ほぐしをしましょう。
